Insurance company called me and estimated two hours before the tow company would show. Mike called me not five minutes after the call ended and was here in less than 20 minutes. I want to tell you Mike is a rad dude who is genuine and shares real empathy. My catalytic converter was stolen from my Honda Element which is a dirt thing to do and it was refreshing to have at least one positive experience come out of it. Native towing is a company I’ll share with friends and family.

Could not have had a better experience with Mike and the haul. When I called, Mike was very polite and knowledgeable about the area where the car was being picked up and dropped off. He had the entire haul complete within one hour of giving him the go ahead and he sent updates with photos just to make me at ease. The price was reasonable and payment was easy and stress free.
